this is the sound of settling

The last two days have been fun. Had some nice family dinners on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Saw some relatives I haven't seen in a while. Stories were shared and laughter filled the air.

Did some Boxing Day shopping online this morning. So much easier than having to wake up early, search for parking, and wait in lineups that feel like they span the ocean.
